RETURNS

At Nest Collective we only refund or exchange on faulty items that have been purchased in the last 14 days. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind so please do choose carefully. We also do not exchange or refund on discounted items. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to hello@nestcollective.com.au 

Faulty Items

At Nest Collective we take pride in the sourcing and manufacturing of our product. In the rare case that you have received a faulty item please email us at hello@nestcollective.com.au providing your order number, photos and a full description of the fault so we can assess and arrange an exchange of your item. We will replace your item if stock is available or alternatively will provide a full refund. 

Once we have received your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days. Please note, you will not be refunded or credited for the cost of shipping.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. 

If you have purchased your item/s with Afterpay, all refunds processed will incur a 6% charge over the total order to compensate for the fees associated with their services. 

Please note the assessment of the faulty item is at the discretion of the Nest Collective Team.
